PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE:

Dear VAN Members,

I am honored to step into the role of Board President for the Volunteer Administrators Network (VAN). My name is Leachuin Dean, and I am excited to collaborate with each of you as we continue strengthening our community and advancing the field of volunteer administration.

I warmly invite you to join us for the VAN Annual Meeting this Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Dublin Community Recreation Center (5600 Post Road, Dublin, OH 43016). We are thrilled to welcome Dionne Williams, Community Outreach Manager at Discover, as our keynote speaker.

My goals for VAN this year focus on expanding professional development opportunities, building stronger connections with neighboring cities' volunteer administrators networks, fostering deeper connections among members, and advocating for the vital role volunteer administrators play in our communities.

Lastly, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to our outgoing board members for their dedication and service. Their commitment has been invaluable in shaping VAN’s success.

I look forward to seeing you Thursday and working together in the year ahead!

Warmly,
Leachuin Dean
VAN Board President
