Dear VAN Members,
As we step into a new year, I want to begin it with gratitude - for you. Volunteer Administrators are the quiet force behind meaningful work, creating pathways for people to serve, connect, and belong.
A new year brings fresh energy, new ideas, and renewed purpose. It’s a chance to reflect on what we’ve learned, celebrate the wins (big and small), and recommit to the work that matters so deeply to our organizations and our communities. You are not only coordinating volunteers, you are cultivating hope, building relationships, and strengthening the fabric of the people and the places we serve.
As we move forward together, may this year be filled with inspiration, collaboration, and moments that remind you why you chose this work. As a member of VAN, know that you are part of a community that supports you, learns alongside you, and believes in the power of volunteerism.
Please join us for the Volunteer Administrators’ Network Annual Meeting on Thursday, January 15 at 9 a.m.Where we will reflect on 2025 and look ahead to 2026 through interactive exercises and discussions. More details below!
Thank you for all you do and for the heart you bring to your role and to VAN. Here’s to a year of growth, connection, and impact, together.
