February Meeting: Volunteer Recognition 8:30am-10:30am

McClelland's Human Motivational Theory states that every person is driven by the need for achievement, affiliation, or power. This session will provide an overview of the theory and apply it to best practices for volunteer recognition. The presentation will incorporate an interactive small group activity to engage participants in identifying volunteers' motivational needs and how to best apply them to their organization's recognition program.
