Real Colors

Presented by Carla Stokes, M.S.Ed.

Imagine having the ability to clearly communicate your thoughts and ideas to clients, friends and family. Picture yourself having a unique level of insight into the things that motivate you and others. Envision achieving all the things you want from life, both personally and professionally.

Over 1.5 million people in businesses, professional organizations, universities, and government agencies throughout North America have used Real Colors and its principles to improve and enhance their personal and professional relationships.
The basis of this workshop is the Real Colors® Personality Type Test: a user-friendly, intuitive tool that identifies four personality types common to all people—Gold, Green, Blue, and Orange.

The goal is to provide participants with the skills to:
• understand human behavior
• uncover motivators specific to each temperament
• improve communication with others
As you learn more about the colors, you’ll instinctively recognize characteristics of people you know, and their color.

With this valuable insight you will understand how to motivate your team, volunteers, and others that you interact with either personally or professionally.
Following the discovery of your “Real Color”, we will engage in some brightening exercises to show you how to get the most out of Real Colors.

Please register by March 7th. We need to order books in advance for this training. Guests of VAN members attending will need to pay for the cost of the workbook ($12.50). Please bring cash or check.
