Schedule of Professional Development Workshops

Annually VAN features a variety of programs that converge on allowing Volunteer Administrators to learn from experts among us and those partnering with us. We hope to stimulate new thoughts and growth in the field by providing a rich variety of professional development opportunities in the forms of presentations, round tables, and networking sessions.

We hope you will join us and share your thoughts, questions, and experiences in the field of volunteer administration! Please note the topics and locations below are subject to change. Please check this page regularly for up-to-date information.

Professional Development meetings are included in VAN membership unless an additional cost is noted, Members please LOGIN to RSVP at no cost. Guests are invited to attend one meeting for free and subsequent meetings for $20 each.

Do you wish you could find a solution to a tough problem you are facing in your Volunteer Administration job? Do you need someone to talk it over with that may have had a similar experience? Then the April VAN Professional Development is where you need to be! Bring with you a problem, your experiences and an open mind. We will be sharing experiences and insights on those tricky situations in round table discussion style.
